Homicide Victim, 1991
On August 14, 1991, Baltimore County Police were called to an apartment complex in the 6600 block of Collinsdale Road, 21234 around 9:30 p.m. to check on the well-being of a tenant, Steven Mark Haughton.
Police were unable to make contact with Steven and asked maintenance personnel to unlock the apartment door. Upon their entry, Steven Mark Haughton was found deceased from a gunshot wound.
