The precinct maintains a list of all businesses in the area and their 24-hour contact information. Contact us to update your "night card" contact information, which is critical to the safety and security of your business.

About the Commander

A portrait of Captain Jamerson

Captain Joseph Jamerson began his career with the Baltimore County Police Department in 1997 at the Wilkens Precinct as a patrolman. 

  • 2002—Became a detective assigned to the Wilkens Community Drug and Violence Interdiction Team
  • 2005—Promoted to corporal and assigned to the Woodlawn Precinct
  • 2007—Promoted to sergeant of the Woodlawn Precinct
  • 2010—Promoted to lieutenant and assigned to the Essex Precinct. After being assigned to an Essex patrol shift, he assumed the role of the assistant precinct commander.
  • 2022—Promoted to captain and assigned to the Franklin Precinct
