Speaker Registration
You will need to know your issue number or issue numbers you would like to speak about. Find your Issue number(s) on the Issue Lookup map or contact your CZMP Community Planner.
An online speaker registration will open HERE at 8:30 am two days prior to each hearing:

A confirmation email will be sent after registration with your speaker number and hearing details. Speakers will speak in the order they have registered on the online signup sheet. Each speaker will be given a total of 2 minutes to speak.
If you need to cancel your registration please contact czmp@baltimorecountymd.gov
The Planning Board requires 20 copies of any materials submitted at the time of the hearing.
Persons needing language interpretation services or other special accommodations should call Louise Nelson at 410-887-3481 at least two weeks before the hearing.
