Community and Business Association Form

Registration and Updates

Please fill out the following form with information about your association. It will be used to inform you of any proposed development projects within your boundaries and other community issues. To ensure that your community or business organization is contacted, it is crucial that our office has up-to-date information. If any of your information changes in the future, please complete another form with the updated information.

The information you provide is entered into a geographic database, so be sure to include your boundaries. If we do not have the appropriate boundary information, your association will not be notified of projects within your area of interest. 

This list is kept by the Department of Planning and is used for notification about Community Input Meetings. Please note that this list is not confidential. According to Maryland's Public Information Act (PIA), Title 4 of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, we are obligated to provide access to records that are in our possession. A map showing outlined street boundaries and association by-laws must be included in the application. Articles of incorporation must be included if association is incorporated. Please attach the map and by-laws of incorporation using the upload feature below.
