One-Day Liquor License Application

Notice: Anyone applying for a temporary one-day license must submit all applications no later than 15 days prior to the event day, whether delivered in person or by U.S. postal mail. Applications submitted within the 15 days will not be processed.

The One-Day License Application for Baltimore County is for bona fide nonprofit organizations that are raising monies for charitable reasons. Licenses are not issued to individuals or businesses for profit.

How to Apply

Print, complete and sign the one-day application and checklist (PDF) where signatures are required. Note: All applications must be mailed or brought into the office 15 days prior to the event date. Mail completed application to:
