Housing Highlights
The Baltimore County Council recently enacted Bill 95-20, entitled "Tenant Protections During an Emergency." The law became effective on October 19, 2020, and "applies prospectively to rent increases that take effect after the effective date of this Act and does not apply retroactively to rent increases that went into effect before the effective date of this Act." Review the Bill in its entirety online (PDF).
TABCO Towers waiting list is open until December 31, participants can apply via the Office of Housing portal.
The Office of Housing is a partner with the Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC) and others in the Baltimore Regional Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program.
