County offices are closed on Monday, July 4, for Independence Day.

Notice — All Trash, Recycling and Yard Material Collections scheduled on or after Monday, July 4, will occur one day later that week. Find your schedule.

Every year, prior to submitting his budget to the County Council for approval, the County Executive hosts town hall meetings in every council district in order to provide community members an opportunity to provide input into the budget planning process. Due to the challenge COVID-19 presents, the County Executive will be hosting the first three town halls on the virtual app, Webex. If metrics change and in-person events can be held safely, the remaining town hall meetings will be held in person.

Fiscal Year 2023 Budget Virtual Town Hall Meetings

Both virtual and in-person Town Hall meetings will be livestreamed on Baltimore County Government's YouTube and Facebook pages.

Sign Up to Speak or Ask a Question

Residents wishing to speak at the virtual town halls can sign up in advance by emailing townhall@baltimorecountymd.gov with the following information:

  • Your district and the area where you live (Example: District 2, Owings Mills)
  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Budget priority you will be speaking on (like open space, traffic calming, and senior services)

After the County Executive’s budget presentation, residents who have signed up are given 90 seconds to speak or ask a question on their budget idea or priority.

Submit Ideas and Priorities or Request Accommodations

Instead of speaking at the town halls, residents can submit their ideas and priorities for Baltimore County's FY23 budget in advance or request other accommodations by sending an email to townhall@baltimorecountymd.gov.
