White Marsh-Middle River Business Community

Outdoor sign with words that read "The Avenue", an entrance to an apartment complex, and the sidewalk of a busy shopping center.

White Marsh-Middle River is one of Baltimore County’s largest and fastest-growing business and residential communities. Located adjacent to I-95, the area offers superb transportation access to the entire East Coast.

Over the past 15 years, White Marsh-Middle River has attracted more than four million square feet of office, and flex-industrial and retail construction. Clusters of financial, insurance and health care operations, light manufacturing, technology and distribution surround a lively town center.
