EPS Variances

The Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability (EPS) publishes a list of the environmental administrative variance requests along with their status. The requests are listed by County Council District.

Planning Board Meetings

Design Review Panel Meeting

Gray Manor Sewer Shed Structural Rehabilitation

Baltimore County contractors will begin extensive rehabilitation of the Gray Manor Sewer Shed in mid-December. Crews will reline 37,369 feet of eight-inch and 36-inch sewer pipe in a project that is anticipated to take more than a year to complete.

Dundalk Avenue Streetscape Improvements

The Department of Public Works and Transportation and Transportation has begun upgrading the existing streetscape on Dundalk Avenue. The project will include ADA ramps and thermoplastic crosswalks. The revitalized avenue is expected to cost $600,000.

Blenhurst Pumping Station

The Department of Public Works and Transportation and Transportation has been renovating of the Blenhurst Sewage Pumping Station at 8345 Bletzer Road. The project, which is 94 percent complete, will cost $2,633,500.
