EPS Variances

Environmental Protection and Sustainability (EPS) publishes a list of the environmental administrative variance requests along with their status. The requests are listed by County Council District.

Planning Board Meetings

The board will meet virtually as follows:

  • Thursday, January 7, at 4 p.m.
  • Thursday, January 21, at 4 p.m.

Planning Board Capital Improvement Program Meetings

The board will meet virtually through Webex as follows:

  • Thursday, January 21, at 4 p.m.—At 4 p.m., the County Executive will present the Capital Improvement Program. At 5:30 p.m., a Capital Improvement Program Presentation will be delivered by the Department of Public Works and Transportation and Transportation and Transportation .
  • Tuesday, January 26, at 5:30 p.m.—Capital Improvement Program Presentations will be delivered by the Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability, the Office of Information Technology, and the Department of Planning.
  • Thursday, January 28, at 5:30 p.m.—Capital Improvement Program Presentations will be delivered by the Department of Recreation and Parks, the Office of Budget and Finance, and Property Management.

Design Review Panel Meeting

New Water Line on Reisterstown Road

Baltimore County is installing a new 36-inch diameter water line on Reisterstown Road between Rosewood Avenue and Pleasant Hill Road. Work on the new supply main, designed to serve the Owings Mills and Reisterstown area, is 70 percent complete and is scheduled to be finished by the spring. The cost is about $9 million.

Rehabilitation for Old Court Road Bridge

Baltimore County will rehabilitate the Old Court Road Bridge over Bens Run (Bridge B-0237) near Northwest Hospital beginning early this year. The project, which will take about a year to complete and cost $2 million, will include replacing beams and sidewalks. Traffic will be maintained during construction.
