Olszewski Issues Statement Following Maryland’s Newly Announced Public Health Actions to Respond to Statewide COVID-19 Spike

November 10, 2020

Supporting the Governor’s Actions to Protect the Health of All Marylanders

Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski today issued the following statement in response to Maryland’s newly announced public health actions to help combat the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic:

“Statewide solutions remain the most effective public health actions and I support the governor’s actions to protect the health of all Marylanders. Baltimore County remains prepared to enforce these orders and to do whatever we need to do to protect our residents from the dangers of this disease. We will continue to closely monitor relevant metrics to determine if any other actions are needed.”
