Self-Help Office

The Circuit Court for Baltimore County Self-Help Office accepts walk-ins Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and on Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. We are located in the County Courts Building, 401 Bosley Avenue, Towson, Maryland 21204, Second Floor Law Library (rear).

  • File paperwork for you
  • Represent you in court

Meet with a volunteer lawyer in person for free, legal advice regarding family and civil law matters. (For those that don't have a lawyer.)Email to schedule an appointment. 
Virtual Drop-In Meetings
Tuesdays only, noon to 1 p.m.
A live representative will you let you into the meeting when it’s your turn to be assisted with your family law matters. Access the Drop-In Meeting
