Working Cat Program
We have cats who will work for you in exchange for daily food, water and shelter. Our Working Cat Program places cats that are not adoptable to a traditional indoor home due to their independent behavior. These cats have lived outdoors and are not eligible for our Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR) Program. View working cats available for adoption.
Adoption fees are waived for working cats. We provide the following for free:
- Spaying or neutering and green tattoo on abdomen
- Rabies vaccine
- FVRCP vaccine
- Feline leukemia virus and feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) testing
- Microchipping
- Ear-tipping
- Dewormer
- Flea treatment
- Pet License (Baltimore County residents only)
They can provide eco-friendly, non-toxic pest control wherever you have a pest problem, including your:
- Garage
- Barn or shed
- Farm
- Factory or warehouse
- Office or retail store
- Body shop or car dealership
- Stables or equestrian center
- Greenhouse, flower shop or nursery
- Vineyard, winery or distillery
- Salvage or scrap yard
