Baltimore County Animal Services offers a reduced-cost spay and neuter program for County residents. Dogs and cats may be spayed or neutered and receive other valuable services for just $20.

What's Included

In addition to the spay and neuter surgery, your pet package also includes the following services:

  • Rabies vaccine, as required by law
  • Other vaccines such as distemper and Bordetella (dogs only)
  • Deworming
  • A County animal license (applicable to Baltimore County residents only)
  • Microchip

Your pet must qualify and have surgery through our program in order to receive these additional services. Pet owners may not opt out of individual services; pets must receive all services as part of this package.
