lan Register of Wills
Please join Alexis Burrell-Rohde, Register of Wills for Baltimore County, as well as a judge from the Orphans' Court and Legal Aid for a lively discussion on the importance of estate planning for all individuals regardless of age or wealth.
The Honorable Alexis Burrell-Rohde has spent her career drafting thousands of Last Wills and Testaments as well as Trusts, Advance Directives and General Powers of Attorney. She is now serving the residents of Baltimore County in public office and can answer your questions including: what is a will? Why do I need a will? What happens if I don’t have a will? What is probate? How concerned should I be about elder financial abuse? Do you have to be wealthy to have a Will? And so much more.
Following the presentation Legal Aid will provide pro bono estate planning services to those that qualify. Please join us for this informative program.
