Variance in accordance with BCZR, Section 1B01.1.B.1.c. and e.(2) , (3) and (5) to permit a parking lot with an RTA Buffer and a RTA setback of 11 ft. in lieu of the otherwise required 50 ft. and 75 ft., respectively; and for any further relief deemed necessary by the Administrative Law Judge.
