Variance if necessary, per Section 402.1, BCZR for a lot width at the front building line of 45 ft. in lieu of 80 ft.; a lot area of 9,225 sq. ft. in lieu of 11,700 sq. ft.; an interior side yard setback of 13 ft. in lieu of 15 ft.; a corner side yard setback of 5 ft. in lieu of 25 ft. and a sum of side yard setbacks of 18 ft. in lieu of 40 ft. For such other and further relief as may be deemed necessary by the Administrative Law Judge for Baltimore County.
