Variance 1B01.2.C.1.a of the BCZR to allow a rear building face setback to a rear property line of as little as 21 ft. in lieu of the minimum permitted setback of 30 ft. for the pool (nonresidential principal building); CMDP Division II, Section A (p.32) to permit a landscaped peninsula or island separating as many as 15 parking spaces in lieu of the maximum permitted 12 parking spaces for multi-family buildings; for such other and further relief as may be required by the ALJ for Baltimore County.
