Petitioners in zoning cases, and developers in development cases, will be notified of the hearing date and time, and the case ID number. Petitioners, developers, their attorneys and any interested persons who wish to testify or present evidence at the hearing are required to submit hearing exhibits at least two business days in advance of the hearing. 

All hearing exhibits—documents, site plans, photographs or evidence of any kind—must be submitted in Word or PDF format, and a hand-delivered copy, at least two business days in advance of the hearing to the Office of Administrative Hearings at administrativehearings@baltimorecountymd.gov.

Zoning petitioners, developers and all hearing participants who wish to submit exhibits must separately number each exhibit and submit with their exhibits an exhibit list with the Case Number, an exhibit number and a brief description for each exhibit.

Exhibits may also be mailed to or dropped off in the lobby of the address below two business days in advance of the hearing. The filed exhibits will not be accessible to the opposing parties or the public until they are presented at the hearing.
