County Council Virtual Sessions and Hearings

The County Council Work and Legislative Sessions will be held via hybrid in-person/virtually until further notice as follows: 

 

Monday, April 15, 2024 Legislative Session - 6 p.m.

*THE PUBLIC MAY JOIN THE LEGISLATIVE SESSION IN-PERSON OR VIRTUALLY*

The Legislative Session can joined by the public in-person in the County Council Chambers or online here (Webinar Password - rMTNJzpZ747) or by phone at +1-415-655-0001 US Toll  - Event number (access code): 2316 715 3797  Webinar Password: 76865979

The public is invited to provide testimony on any matter of interest at the conclusion of the Legislative Session. Anyone wishing to testify shall register in advance using our online Speaker Registration Form (Registration Form will be available on the day of the Legislative Session). This will enable the Council staff to recognize and permit the person to speak during the in-person and WebEx Legislative Session. Speaker registration will commence on the date of the Legislative Session at 10:00 a.m. and registration will close at 5:00 p.m. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. In order to testify, a person must either appear in-person or join the WebEx event with an internet-capable device (i.e., smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer). Each person testifying at the Legislative Session will be given three (3) minutes to speak, unless otherwise stated by the Chair. Persons who do not wish to speak at the Legislative Session but want to convey their thoughts are encouraged to provide written testimony or comment by email or traditional mail. Please send all emails to countycouncil@baltimorecountymd.gov.

Tuesday, April 30, 2024 Public Hearing - 2024 Basic Services Maps - 4 p.m.

The public is invited to provide testimony at the Work Session. Anyone wishing to testify shall register in advance using our online Speaker Registration Form (Registration Form will be available on the day of the Work Session).
