County Council Virtual Sessions and Hearings

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions on public gatherings, the County Council Work and Legislative Sessions will be held via web conferencing until further notice as follows: 

 

Tuesday, February 1, 2022 Council Briefing - BCPS Superintendent - 2:30 p.m.

The meeting can be joined by the public online here or by phone at +1-415-655-0001 US Toll - Event number (access code): TBD

The public is invited to join the meeting to view or listen to the meeting only. This meeting is not a public hearing and there will be no speaker registration or public testimony taken at the meeting. However, the County Council always values and appreciates input and feedback on issues that are important to our constituents, so we encourage anyone who wishes to provide comments or written testimony following the meeting to convey their thoughts via email or traditional mail. Please send all emails to countycouncil@baltimorecountymd.gov.

Tuesday, February 1, 2022 Work Session - 4 p.m.

The Work Session can be joined by the public online here or by phone at +1-415-655-0001 US Toll  - Event number (access code): TBD

The public is invited to provide testimony at the Work Session. Anyone wishing to testify shall register in advance using our online Speaker Registration Form (Registration Form will be available on the day of the Work Session). This will enable the Council staff to recognize and permit the person to speak during the WebEx Work Session. Speaker registration will commence on the date of the Work Session at 9:00 a.m. and registration will close at 3:00 p.m. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. In order to testify, a person must join the WebEx event with an internet-capable device (i.e., smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer). Each person testifying at the Work Session will be given three (3) minutes to speak, unless otherwise stated by the Chair. Persons who do not wish to speak at the Work Session but want to convey their thoughts are encouraged to provide written testimony or comment by email or traditional mail. Please send all emails to countycouncil@baltimorecountymd.gov.

Monday, February 7, 2022 Legislative Session - 6 p.m.
