Animal Hearing Board

The Animal Hearing Board is established under Baltimore County Code § 3-3-402. The Board hears and rules on appeals of citations issued under the County's animal control laws contained in Article 12 of the County Code. The Board also makes recommendations on matters related to enforcement, regulation of animal holding facilities, animal cruelty and other animal issues.

The board meets the first and third Tuesday of every month at 10 a.m. in Room 104 of the Jefferson Building, 105 West Chesapeake Avenue, Towson, Maryland 21204.
