UPDATE (November 21, 2019 9:01 p.m.):

Police have positively identified a man struck by a vehicle on November 15 and his family has been notified of his whereabouts. His condition has begun to improve, as well.

Baltimore County Police thank everyone involved in helping to identify this man and reunite him with his family.

Update (November 21, 2019 10:30 a.m.): 

The man involved in the November 15 crash has yet to gain consciousness. Investigators continue to seek assistance in identifying the man. Police have released a composite of the pedestrian. Original Release (November 19, 2019 12:30 p.m.): 

Just before 9:30 p.m. on November 15, 2019, Baltimore County Police responded to a crash on Reisterstown Road at Caraway Road, 21136. Officers were able to determine that a pedestrian was attempting to cross Reisterstown Road when he was struck by a vehicle. The Pedestrian was not inside a crosswalk at the time of the crash. The car and occupants remained at the scene. The man was transported to a local hospital and continues to receive medical treatment. Due to the extent of his injuries, police have been unable to identify the pedestrian.

The man is described as a Hispanic or White male, 30 to 40 years old, 5’10,” 150 pounds, with long dark-colored hair. He was wearing a tan jacket, blue jeans and tan boots. Police are unable to share a photograph of the pedestrian at this time.
