UPDATE (October 25, 2019 11:37 a.m.):

The deceased man discovered outside a townhome in Lansdowne Saturday morning has been identified by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner through a latent print examination as Dupree Rashard Williams (29) of the 300 block of Lori Drive, 21061. Cause and manner of death has been ruled homicide by gunshot wound.

Detectives from the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the man's death. Original Release (October 19, 2019 10:12 p.m.):

Police are investigating a body found outside a townhome in Lansdowne this morning as a homicide. 

Officers were dispatched to the 4000 block of Twin Circle Way just after 10 a.m. when a passerby discovered the body of a deceased man outside on the townhome community property.

The Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit responded to further the investigation when trauma indicative of a homicide was found on the body. The body has been transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine exact cause and manner of death.
