Baltimore County Police continue to investigate a homicide that occurred in Lansdowne late last night.

Police were called to the unit block of Silerton Road around 11:45 p.m. for a shooting. They found the victim, identified as Mark Antonio Gibbs (32) of the 2400 block of Hollins Ferry Road, 21227, laying in the parking lot of the apartment complex there, suffering at least one gunshot wound to the upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police have not identified a suspect in the shooting yet, but believe that Gibbs was the intended victim. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 410-307-2020. The Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit continues to investigate this incident.
