Baltimore County Police are attempting to identify a white tractor trailer combination in reference to a hit and run involving a pedestrian. The crash occurred in the Sam’s Club parking lot in the 5700 block of Baltimore National Pike on January 2 at 7:10 a.m.

The tractor portion has a sleeper cab and is possibly a Freightliner brand.

The word “Shaffer” is printed in faded ink on the top of the trailer on the right rear side. There is also a faded logo, which appears to be a circle, in the middle of the trailer towards the front right side. The trailer also has a noticeable dent on the top right side towards the middle. There is also a refrigeration system on the trailer.

The tractor trailer drove through the shopping center and made a right turn onto Baltimore National Pike after hitting the pedestrian.

Witnesses or anyone with information is asked to contact the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-307-2020. Callers may remain anonymous.

Below are surveillance photos of the tractor trailer.
