UPDATE (March 7, 2019):

Police have arrested a suspect in the shooting death of Taylor India Webb who was found dead in her vehicle in Perry Hall just over a week ago.

Booking photo of Christopher EnglesChristopher James Engles (19) of the unit block of Bellhurst Way, 21236, is charged with First Degree Murder and remains held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center following a bail review hearing earlier this afternoon.

Police determined that Engles is an ex-boyfriend of Taylor Webb, who she arranged to meet with just half of a mile from his home on Bellhurst Way. The motive for the shooting remains under investigation.

UPDATE (February 27, 2019 10:15 a.m.):

Police have identified the woman shot to death in a vehicle on Hickory Falls Way in Perry Hall last night as Taylor India Webb (20) of the 4600 block of Marble Hall Road, 21239.

Officers were dispatched to the area for a call of gunshots heard around 11:58 p.m. and discovered the victim in the driver seat of her vehicle suffering multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Detectives from the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding this shooting death.

Original Release (February 27, 2019 2:53 a.m.):

A man was found shot to death in his vehicle in Perry Hall just before midnight.

Police were called to the scene on Hickory Falls Way at Hickoryhurst Drive around 11:56 p.m. after the man was discovered dead in his vehicle. Detectives from the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit have responded to the scene and are working to further the investigation into this shooting.

Baltimore County Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding a shooting call involving a 15-year-old boy on Dogwood Drive last night after the boy later died from his injuries.

Police were called to the unit block of Dogwood Drive, 21220 around 6:48 p.m. for a call of a subject with a gunshot wound. Police and EMS began life-saving procedures after finding the boy in the rear yard of the home in cardiac arrest, and continued life-saving procedures while he was transported to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center where he was later pronounced deceased.

This incident is currently being investigated as an accidental injury death. Initial information indicates that the teen was struck in the chest by a round or fragment of a round from a pellet rifle as he and a friend were shooting targets in the yard. The case will be forwarded to the State’s Attorney’s Office for review following the conclusion of the investigation and determination of cause and manner of death by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
