The Baltimore County Police Department will hold a promotion ceremony for ten officers on Thursday, May 24 at 1 p.m. The ceremony will be held at the Baltimore County Public Safety Building, 700 East Joppa Road, Towson 21286.

Chief Terrence B. Sheridan will speak at the ceremony and present the certificates. The oath of office will be administered by the Honorable Julie Ensor, Clerk of the Court for Baltimore County. The invocation and benediction will be offered by Deacon Hugh Mills.

The following is a list of the promoted officers and their new assignments.

  • Sergeant Andrea Bylen is promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and assigned to Precinct 2 Woodlawn
  • Corporal Sean Casey is promoted to the rank of Sergeant and assigned to Precinct 12 North Point
  • Corporal Brian Martin is promoted to the rank of Sergeant and assigned to Precinct 6 Towson
  • Corporal Deneisha Seaman is promoted to the rank of Sergeant and assigned to Precinct 9 White Marsh
  • Corporal Scott Walston is promoted to the rank of Sergeant and assigned to Precinct 9 White Marsh
  • Officer Jeffrey Beck is promoted to the rank of Corporal and assigned to Precinct 1 Wilkens
  • Officer Rachel Cassady is promoted to the rank of Corporal and assigned to the Operations Bureau
  • Officer Ryan Crabbs is promoted to the rank of Corporal and assigned to the Operations Bureau
  • Officer Keith Gordon is promoted to the rank of Corporal and assigned to Precinct 2 Woodlawn
  • Officer Broc Robinson is promoted to the rank of Corporal and assigned to Precinct 11 Essex

On May 25 at 1 p.m., six Baltimore County police officers will be promoted. The ceremony will take place in the Vista Room at Timonium Fairgrounds, 2200 York Road, Timonium 21093.

Chief Terrence B. Sheridan will speak at the ceremony and present the certificates. The oath of office will be administered by the Honorable Julie Ensor, Clerk for Baltimore County. The invocation and benediction will be offered by the Reverend Darron D. McKinney Sr., a police chaplain.

The following is the list of the promoted officers and their new assignments.

  • Sergeant Keith Fruhling is promoted to Lieutenant and is assigned to Precinct 11 Essex.
  • Corporal Thomas Morehouse is promoted to Sergeant and is assigned to Precinct 9 White Marsh.
  • Corporal James Gill is promoted to Sergeant and is assigned to Precinct 11 Essex.
  • Officer Melinda Mori is promoted to Corporal and is assigned to Precinct 4 Pikesville.
  • Officer Jessica Beale is promoted to Corporal and is assigned to Precinct 1 Wilkens.
  • Officer Eric Brennan is promoted to Corporal and is assigned to Precinct 8 Parkville.

On May 31 at 10 a.m., nine Baltimore County police officers will be promoted. The ceremony will take place at Oregon Ridge, 13401 Beaver Dam Road, Cockeysville, 21030.

Chief James Johnson will speak at the ceremony and will present the certificates. The oath of office will be administered by the Honorable Lori McComas, Manager of Court Operations. The invocation and benediction will be offered by the Reverend Darron McKinney Sr., a police chaplain.

The following is the list of the promoted officers and their new assignments:

  • Sergeant Devin J. Rill is promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and is assigned to Precinct 11/Essex.
  • Corporal David J. Fuerlinger is promoted to the rank of Sergeant and is assigned to Precinct 6/Towson.
  • Corporal Kathryn D. Greenbeck is promoted to the rank of Sergeant and is assigned to Precinct 8/Parkville.
  • Corporal David S. Heath Jr is promoted to the rank of Sergeant and is assigned to Precinct 4/Pikesville.
  • Officer Ann-Marie Collins is promoted to the rank of Corporal and is assigned to Precinct 11/Essex.
  • Officer John T. Dawson is promoted to the rank of Corporal and is assigned to Precinct 12/Dundalk.
  • Officer Jason R. Eaton is promoted to the rank of Corporal and is assigned to Precinct 2/Woodlawn.
  • Officer Gregory T. Pawelczyk is promoted to the rank of Corporal and is assigned to Precinct 1/Wilkens.
  • Officer Jason M. Sutton is promoted to the rank of Corporal and is assigned to Precinct 8/Parkville.
