Baltimore County Police have made two arrests in connection with three homicides committed in Baltimore County during the months of May and June.

Terica Antoinette Evans (30) and Derrick Ramont Simmons (24), both of the unit block of Glyndale Court in Reisterstown, 21136, are charged with three counts of 1st Degree Murder each and other related charges in connection with the murders of Angel Luis Mendez Crespo (27) and Edgardo Castro Estremera (30) at the Motel 6 in Woodlawn on June 17 (read release here), and in connection with the murder of Kyle Jovan Fulton (24), who was gunned down near the intersection of Liberty Road at Liberty Place in Windsor Mill on May 24 (read release here).

Detectives were able to link Evans and Simmons to both incidents based on similarities in the crimes captured by area surveillance videos. Both are held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on no bail status pending trial.

UPDATE (May 25, 2017 10:23 a.m.):

The man killed in a Windsor Mill shooting last night is identified as 24-year-old Kyle Jovan Fulton of the 8000 block of Euler Avenue in Baltimore, 21208.

Homicide detectives continue to investigate this crime.

Original Release (May 24, 2017 9:29 p.m.):

A man was found dead on a sidewalk in Windsor Mill this evening, the apparent victim of a shooting.

Police responded to the area of Liberty Road and Liberty Place around 6 p.m. this evening after a passerby called 9-1-1 to report a man appeared to have been assaulted and was lying unconscious on the sidewalk. When police arrived they discovered an adult man suffering from at least one gunshot wound to the upper body, who was pronounced deceased at Sinai Hospital.

Police are asking anyone who may have seen or heard anything, or anyone with additional information, to call 410-307-2020.

Baltimore County Police Homicide detectives continue to investigate this incident.
