Detectives from the Baltimore County Violent Crimes Unit continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting of a man in the Carriage Hill Apartments complex yesterday morning.

Detectives are asking anyone in the area of Coachman Court around 10 a.m. yesterday who may have heard a sound like gunfire or saw anything out of the ordinary around that time to contact detectives by calling 410-307-2020. Callers may remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward when submitting a tip through Metro Crime Stoppers (scroll down for additional information).

Original Release (February 13, 2020 11:41 a.m.):

Baltimore County Police are on the scene of a shooting in the Woodlawn Precinct this morning.

Officer responded to the 3500 block of Carriage Hill Circle at 10:05 a.m. for a call of a person with a gunshot wound. One adult man suffering from a gunshot wound was located and transported to an area hospital for treatment. There is no information available on his condition at this time.

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Unit are responding to the scene to continue the investigation. Anyone who may have information regarding this shooting should call 410-307-2020. Callers may remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward when submitting tips through Metro Crime Stoppers.

The man found deceased in an alley behind Fifth Avenue last night is identified as Sye'he Rashaad Brunson (18) of the 500 block of Lucia Avenue, 21229.

Brunson was found with what appears to be at least one gunshot wound to the upper body and pronounced deceased at the scene. Anyone who may have information on this case is asked to contact Homicide detectives by calling 410-307-2020. Callers may remain anonymous.

Original Release (February 2, 2020 9:41 p.m.):

Homicide detectives are investigating a suspicious death after police responded to an unknown medical problem.

Police and medics were dispatched to an alley behind the 700 block of Fifth Avenue in Lansdowne around 8 p.m. when a passerby found a male victim lying unconscious with trauma to the upper body. Medics responded and pronounced the subject deceased at the scene.

Anyone who may have seen or heard anything out of the ordinary around or shortly before 8 p.m. is asked to contact the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit by calling 410-307-2020. Callers may remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward when submitting tips through Metro Crime Stoppers.

Baltimore County Police are investigating after a man walked into a local hospital suffering from a gunshot wound.

Officers responded to the hospital at 7:20 p.m. Saturday evening and spoke with the victim, 26, who advised he was shot after being approached by the suspect in the 6600 block of English Oak Road, 21234. Detectives from the Baltimore County Police Violent Crimes Unit are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting. The victim is expected to survive his wounds.
