Booking photo of Ingrid Sandra GreenPolice have charged Ingrid Sandra Green (53) of the 6800 block of Southern Cross Court, 21207 in the shooting of a man at the same location last Saturday. Detectives have determined that the shooting is domestic related. 

Green is charged with attempted first degree murder, first degree assault and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Green is held on denied bail status at the Baltimore County Detention Center following a bail hearing today.

Police Investigating Early Morning Shooting

Just after 7:00 a.m. on March 1, 2020, Baltimore County Police responded to the 6800 block of Southern Cross Court, 21207 for a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the upper body. The man was transported to a local hospital, where he is expected to survive his injuries. 

Detectives from the Baltimore County Police Violent Crimes Unit are actively investigating this case. If anyone has information about this shooting, please call police at 410-307-2020.

Baltimore County Police made a quick arrest in a shooting on Kernan Drive yesterday afternoon.

The victim, a 39-year-old man, was working outside of a home in the 1900 block of Kernan Drive just before 1 p.m. Tuesday afternoon when he heard shots fired. He turned to see the suspect aiming a shotgun at him and attempted to flee, but the suspect fired again and struck the victim once in the upper body, then fled the location. The victim suffered a non-life-threatening wound and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

booking photo of Charles ParkerDetectives from the Baltimore County Police Violent Crimes Unit responded to the scene to continue the investigation. They ultimately determined that the suspect was known to the victim and the two had an ongoing dispute. The suspect, identified as Charles Eric Parker (60) of the 1900 block of Kernan Drive, 21207, was located in the Roland Park area and arrested around 4:25 p.m. yesterday. He is charged with attempted homicide and a number of firearms violations. He is held on no bond status pending a bail review hearing.
