The Baltimore County Police, Precinct 12 Investigative Services Team has arrested a suspect involved in the June 16th, 2019 disturbance that occurred in the area of Tiki Lee’s Dock Bar in the 4300-block of Shore Road, 21219. Davvaughn William Howard, 22, of the unit-block of Benkert Avenue, 21229, has been charged with three counts of first-degree assault and four counts of second-degree assault. Howard is being held without bond at the Baltimore County Department of Corrections.

On June 16, 2019 at 12:44 am, Baltimore County Police received calls for a disturbance in the area of Shore Road. Once the officers arrived, they observed several individuals lying on the ground injured. Due to the large scale disturbance, several back up officers were called into the area to control the situation.

Officers were able to determine that a group started a fight inside Tiki Lee’s. Security removed the group from the bar. As the group left, they walked up Shore Road and continued to assault random people. Police were able to identify numerous victims who were assaulted on Shore Road. At least two of the victims sought medical treatment. Detectives are continuing their investigation and need the public’s assistance in identifying additional suspects.
