Missing man, David Albert Reeves (81), a resident of  Oak Crest Senior Living Community in Parkville, has been found deceased.

Officers responded to the 8800 block of Walther Boulevard at 6:44 p.m. last night when Reeves was reported missing by family members following a campus-wide search by Oak Crest Security. Officers and Oak Crest personnel conducted multiple extensive searches of all buildings and property, including a door to door ground search. Security cameras were checked, aviation searched the grounds and adjacent areas from above, and K-9 officers responded with two search and rescue bloodhounds but Reeves could not be located.

Through cooperative efforts, police and Oak Crest personnel continued investigative and search efforts until Reeves was located in a ravine in a densely wooded area near the end of Woodcove Court just before 9 a.m. this morning.

Around 8 p.m. July 11, 2018, Johnnie Russell Gobeli, 94, of the 8400-block of Kings Ridge Road, 21234 was reported missing to the Baltimore County Police when his son found his father's vehicle parked and running in the single-car garage of his home, with groceries still inside the vehicle. An extensive search of the home and surrounding area was conducted that evening, but officers were unable to locate the missing man. The following morning detectives from the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit responded to the missing man's home to investigate further, where they discovered the body of Gobeli concealed nearly completely under his car inside the small garage. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Their investigation has lead detectives to believe this incident is an accidental death and that Gobeli may have become wedged underneath the vehicle and unable to get out after sliding under it to check on a mechanical issue. His body has been transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death. Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.

Baltimore County Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating an endangered missing adult from the Rosedale area.
