UPDATE (March 3, 2017 4:12 p.m.):

The driver of a truck that lost control on Wilson Point Road and rolled over, ejecting both the driver and a passenger, has died.

Christopher Andrew Fike (23), of the 1200 block of 2nd Road in Middle River, succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased late Monday night, February 27.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation by the Baltimore County Crash Investigation Team.

Original Release (February 24, 2017 11:07 a.m.):

One man is dead and another in critical condition after the truck they were in flipped over and ejected both the driver and the passenger. 

The truck, a 1994 Chevrolet C/K 1500, was traveling southbound on Wilson Point Road near Alder Drive in Essex precinct around 11:24 p.m. last night when the driver lost control, struck multiple parked cars, and rolled over. Both occupants, who police believe were not wearing seat belts, were ejected from the truck. 

Police responded and found the passenger to be deceased at the scene. He is identified as Bryan Derek Mast (28) of the 1200 block of 4th Road in Middle River. 

The driver, a 23-year-old man, was transported to an area hospital where he remains in critical condition. 

This incident continues to be investigated by the Baltimore County Crash Investigation Team.
