Update (July 31, 2020 3:00 p.m.):

On July 13 around 9:30 a.m. police responded to the 8500 block of Glen Michael Lane, 21133 for a call of a domestic fight where shots were fired. The suspect fled the location and the victim left the scene to go to the hospital prior to police arrival.

The preliminary investigation determined that the victim argued with his wife, whom he is separated from, her family and her boyfriend. The argument led to a fight which resulted in the boyfriend shooting the victim  in the lower body.

Detectives arrested Taivon Walker (24) of the 6700 block of Iron Ore, 21075 and charged him with attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault, use of a firearm to commit a crime of violence and a handgun in a vehicle. He has since been released on his own recognizance after a bail hearing review.

Police Investigate Domestic Related Shooting on Glen Michael Lane 

Police are investigating after a man walked into an area hospital this morning with a gunshot wound. 

Officers were called to the 8500 block of Glen Michael Lane around 9:30 this morning for a fight that escalated into a shooting. The suspect fled the location and the victim left the scene to respond to the hospital prior to police arrival. The preliminary investigation indicates that this shooting is domestic related.

The Baltimore County Police Violent Crimes Unit is continuing to investigate this incident. Anyone with additional information can contact detectives by calling 410-307-2020. Callers may remain anonymous.

Shortly after 2:00 a.m. on August 3, 2017, Baltimore County Police received a call from a local hospital after a patient told staff that he was suffering from a gunshot wound. Detectives determined that the shooting occurred in the 8500-block of Glen Michael Lane, 21133.

The adult male did suffer at least one gunshot wound and is currently receiving treatment for his injuries. Police do not have any additional details about this shooting at this time.
