Police are investigating an early morning shooting in the Windsor Mill area that injured a man.

Officers responded to the unit block of Bishop Gate Court, 21244, for a shooting victim at 1:14 a.m. Police and medics located the victim, an adult man, in the parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body. He was transported to an area hospital for treatment and is expected to survive.

Detectives from the Baltimore County Police Violent Crimes Unit are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding this shooting. Anyone who may have seen or heard anything pertaining to this crime is asked to contact detectives by calling 410-307-2020. Callers may remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward when submitting tips through Metro Crime Stoppers.

Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland, an organization that is separate from the Baltimore County Police Department and Baltimore County Government, offers rewards of up to $2000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges in connection with felony offenses.

Baltimore County Police are investigating a robbery and shooting in Parkville.

On July 18, 2020, at 3:30 a.m. officers responded to the 7100 block of Darlington Drive, 21234, for a robbery. The victims said they were on the parking lot of the Dubai Hookah Lounge when two suspects approached them and robbed them. During the robbery, a suspect shot one of the victims who ran toward a neighborhood and called 911. The shooting victim was transported to a local hospital and has been treated and released. This is an on-going investigation.

Police are asking anyone with information on this crime to contact detectives from the Baltimore County Police Violent Crimes Unit at 410-307-2020. Callers may remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward when submitting tips through Metro Crime Stoppers.
