Baltimore County Police continue to search for the killer of Idrissa Derme, who would have celebrated his 47th birthday yesterday.

Derme’s car, a black 2008 Honda Accord with Maryland registration '1DG7315', VIN 1HGCP26858A088892, is also still missing. The victim was killed on October 15, 2018 in the 900-block of Vanderwood Road, 21228 while making a food delivery.

If anyone has information about Idrissa’s murder, please call 9-1-1 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7-LOCK UP. Those calling Metro Crime Stoppers may be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.

Shooting on Vanderwood Road Leaves One Man Dead

Baltimore County Police are asking for the public’s help locating a homicide victim’s Honda Accord, stolen after he was shot to death while making a food delivery in October.

Homicide detectives learned that Idrissa Derme’s car was stolen following his murder on October 15, 2018 and are now asking for help locating the car, a black 2008 4-door Honda Accord with Maryland registration ‘1DG7315’. The vehicle identification number (VIN) is ‘1HGCP26858A088892.’ The Accord has a sunroof and, prior to being stolen, had minor damage to the hubcaps and front bumper.

Derme was making a food delivery for Pat’s Pizza & Pasta in the 900 block of Vanderwood Road around 8 p.m. when he was shot at least once in the upper body. A passerby discovered Derme lying unconscious in the street, where he was pronounced deceased upon arrival of police and medics. It was later learned that Derme’s Honda Accord was missing.

If anyone has information about this murder, please call 9-1-1. Metro Crime Stoppers is offering a reward up to $2,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and/or indictment of a suspect in this case.
