Police Release Additional Details on Glen Arm Double Shooting

Baltimore County Police continue to investigate the August 18th shooting that occurred in the unit-block of Running Fox Road, 21057. Detectives have learned that a teenager rented the house for a party, but was later told that the party is not allowed to be held at the residence. Numerous unknown subjects arrived at the location. As everyone was leaving the location, an altercation occurred between several people which escalated into the shooting. Both victims continue to receive medical treatment at this time.

Police are seeking to identify numerous witnesses to this shooting. If you have any information you can contact Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP or go online to metrocrimestoppers.org and you may be eligible for a reward up to $2,000.00.

Original Release (August 19, 2019):

Just before 1:00 a.m. on August 18, 2019, Baltimore County Police responded to the unit-block of Running Fox Road, 21057 for a shooting. When police arrived they found two victims, a 16-year-old male and an 18-year-old male, both suffering from trauma to the body. The victims were transported to local hospitals for treatment. The victims are expected to survive their injuries.

Detectives from the Police Department’s Violent Crime Unit are conducting their investigation at this time and believe that this is an isolated incident.

Driver Charged With Alcohol-Related Offenses

Just after 2:00 a.m. on August 21, 2019, Baltimore County Police responded to a crash at Wise Avenue and Park Drive, 21222. Subsequent investigation revealed that a 2012 Kawasaki motorcycle was traveling west on Wise Avenue approaching Park Drive. A 2007 Mercury Mariner was traveling east on Wise Avenue and attempted to turn left onto Park Drive. The motorcycle collided with the SUV, causing the driver to be ejected from his motorcycle. The motorcycle driver was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash. The driver of the motorcycle has been identified as John Wolf Foster, 25, of the 1900-block of Searles Road, 21222. 

The driver of the SUV remained at the scene and was identified as Jessica Leigh Doran, 33, of the 2000-block of Ormand, 21222. She has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and is currently being held at the Baltimore County Department of Corrections on denied bail status.
