Baltimore County Police are looking for a vehicle involved in a fatal pedestrian crash Friday night in front of Owings Mills Elementary School.

The crash occurred around 11:10 p.m. when a Kia Forte driving south on Reisterstown Road struck the pedestrian as he was attempting to cross the street. A second vehicle, believed to be a lighter colored sedan, struck the pedestrian a second time and fled the scene. The driver of the Kia stopped and remained at the scene. 

The pedestrian, identified as Daveyon Jakim Barnes (21) of the unit block of Straw Hat Road, 21117, was transported to R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma where he died just before 7 a.m. Saturday morning. 

Police are asking for the second driver in this crash to come forward.
