Lorenzo Stafford has been located and returned home safe.

Original Release (March 5, 2018 10:23 p.m.):

​Baltimore County Police are asking for the public's help in finding a critical missing adult.

Lorenzo Stafford (68) was last seen in the 7000 block of Paris Road, 21207, in the Woodlawn Precinct at around 1 p.m. when he left the house on foot after an argument. Lorenzo is approximately 5’11”, 270 pounds, with short black and gray hair and no facial hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, tan khaki pants, and tan Timberland Boots. Lorenzo does take medications and could become confused or disoriented.

​Anyone with information on Lorenzo Stafford's whereabouts is asked to contact police immediately by calling 410-307-2020 or simply dialing 9-1-1. Officers of the Woodlawn Precinct are continuing to investigate the disappearance of Lorenzo Stafford.

The next edition of Police Report, the Baltimore County Police Department's cable TV program, runs through April.

  • The opening segment focuses on the department’s recruitment efforts. Officer Shelley Knox and Officer John Mitchell, of the Recruitment Unit, talk about career opportunities to become a Baltimore County police officer or cadet.
  • The second segment provides burglary prevention tips for the warmer months. Officer Carey Kus, of the Youth and Community Services Section, shares valuable crime prevention tips to protect you, your home and belongings.

The program airs five days a week on Cable Channel 25, only in Baltimore County. The times are:

  • Monday: 10:30 a.m., 3:30 p.m., 7 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 9 a.m., 3:30 p.m. and 10 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.
  • Thursday: Noon, 4 p.m. and 10 p.m.
  • Friday: 10 a.m., 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:30 a.m., 11 a.m., 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
  • Sunday: 9:30 a.m., 11 a.m., 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Fire Chief Kyrle W. Preis III recently announced several promotions to the rank of Fire Captain and Fire Lieutenant.

The following have been promoted to Fire Captain, effective March 17, 2018:
