UPDATE (August 3, 2017 11:48 a.m.):

Police have identified the victim in last night's shooting as Kavon Terrell Washington (32) of the 1500 block of North Luzerne Avenue, 21213.

The Baltimore County Homicide Unit continues to investigate this crime. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 410-307-2020.

Original Release (August 2, 2017 9:51 p.m.):

Just after 4:30 p.m. on August 2, 2017, Baltimore County Police received calls for a man lying near the curb of Stanley Road and Rosalie Road, 21227. Officers arrived and found the adult male suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators do not have any additional details but do believe that this is not a random act. The victim's body will be transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in order to determine the cause and manner of the victim's death.

Shortly after 2:00 a.m. on August 3, 2017, Baltimore County Police received a call from a local hospital after a patient told staff that he was suffering from a gunshot wound. Detectives determined that the shooting occurred in the 8500-block of Glen Michael Lane, 21133.

The adult male did suffer at least one gunshot wound and is currently receiving treatment for his injuries. Police do not have any additional details about this shooting at this time.
