A fire heavily damaged a large section of the vacant Seagram's distillery in Dundalk last night.

The fire -- which involved nearly two alarms' worth of equipment -- was under control around 2 a.m., but BCoFD crews remain on scene, working to ensure that the fire is completely extinguished.

No injuries have been reported.

Crews were dispatched at 10:02 p.m. to a building fire at Sollers Point Road and Delvale Avenue. First-arriving units found heavy fire showing from the fourth floor of the building; they and additional crews fought the fire from the outside.

The fire caused a partial collapse of the building, including the roof. This collapse made the property unsafe for Baltimore County Police fire investigators to conduct an on-scene investigation; the cause of the fire is undetermined.

The CSX railroad tracks adjacent to the Seagram's building were shut down for safety as a result of the fire.

About 20 pieces of fire equipment responded to this incident.

Baltimore County Police are investigating after a 54-year-old man walked into a local hospital with a gunshot wound to an upper body extremity.

The investigation is still in the early stages as police work to determine where this shooting occurred and the circumstances involved. The man has been released from the hospital following treatment for his wound.

This incident continues to be investigated by the Baltimore County Police Violent Crimes Unit.
