UPDATE (June 12, 2017 6:58 p.m.):

Baltimore County Police have identified the two people involved in this morning's murder-suicide in Catonsville.

Jenna Lilly (28) and Christopher Cleaver (33), both of the 2100 block of Rockwell Court, were engaged to be married. Police believe Cleaver killed his fiancé, as well as the family dog, a black Labrador Retriever puppy, before turning the gun on himself.

Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding this incident.

Original Release (June 12, 2017 3 p.m.):

Police have discovered the bodies of a man and a woman inside a home in the 2100 block of Rockwell Court following an hours-long barricade in Catonsville.

Police were initially dispatched around 10:19 a.m. after a 3rd-party caller informed 911 that they believed there was a suicidal subject inside the home with a gun. Police initiated a barricade situation, closing surrounding roadways, while they attempted to investigate and resolve the situation. Once police were able to safely enter the dwelling they discovered the bodies of both victims, which have not yet been identified.

The Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit continues to investigate this incident as a murder-suicide, and to determine the relationship between the deceased man and woman.

UPDATE (June 12, 2017 12:37 p.m.):

Ongoing investigation has determined that the victim of Saturday's shooting is a 17-year-old male. He remains hospitalized in critical condition.

Police continue to investigate the possibility that the victim was targeted by the still unknown suspect.

Original Release (June 10, 2017 10:48 p.m.):

Police are investigating after a Saturday night shooting leaves one man injured. 

Police responded to the 6900 block of Eastbrook Avenue in Precinct 12 - Dundalk around 9:07 p.m. for a call of a shooting. One adult man was transported to an area hospital with at least one gunshot wound after an altercation outside led to the shooting. There is no information on his condition at the time of this writing. 

Police continue to search for the suspect who fled the scene following the incident. 

Police are asking anyone with information to contact police at 410-307-2020 or to submit a tip through Metro Crime Stoppers.

This incident remains under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Violent Crimes Unit.
