The Baltimore County Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect who stole a ring from the J.C. Penney store in Eastpoint Mall.
 
At approximately 4:30 p.m. on January 30, the suspect entered the J.C. Penney, approached a jewelry counter, and asked to see a ring from a display. When the employee removed the ring (worth almost $3000) from the display, the suspect grabbed it and ran away.
 
A picture of the suspect was captured on the store’s video surveillance system.
 
This incident remains under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Department Organized Retail Crimes Team.
