UPDATE (January 11, 2016  10:19 a.m.):

The Baltimore County Police Department has charged 31-year-old Carlos Levell Nicholson of the Unit block of Fennington Circle 21117 in connection with this incident. Nicholson has been charged with first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder. He is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
 
Just before 11 p.m. on January 7, police responded to the Unit block of Lowergate Court 21117 for a report of shots fired. When police arrived on the scene, they found one man deceased on the sidewalk and another man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
 
Investigators believe that the two men had some sort of interaction with Nicholson. During that interaction, Nicholson shot both of them.
 
This incident remains under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit.

Original release (January  8, 2016  9:27 a.m.):

Baltimore County Police are investigating a double shooting in Owings Mills that left one man dead and injured another.
 
Just before 11 p.m. last night, police responded to the Unit block of Lowergate Court 21117 for a report of shots fired. When police arrived on the scene, they found one man deceased on the sidewalk. He had suffered at least one gunshot wound. A second man was located nearby that was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
 
The injured man was transported to an area hospital for treatment. His current condition is unknown.
 
The deceased man has been identified as 19-year-old Treshawn William Johnson of the 100 block of Sunmar Ct 21207.
 
Investigators believe that the men had some sort of interaction with the suspect. During that interaction, the suspect shot both of them. While the identity of the suspect is not known, investigators believe that they suspect and the two men knew each other.
 
This incident is under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit.

Baltimore County Police are investigating the death of a man in his Dundalk home on Thursday.
    
Just before 1 a.m. Thursday morning, police were called to a home in the 7300 block of Kirtley Road 21224 for an assault victim that was unconscious. When they arrived on the scene, they found 58-year-old Antonio Jimmy Gallo, a resident of the home, lying on the floor. He had suffered traumatic injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.
 
This incident is under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit. Detectives will be working to determine if this was targeted crime.
