Original release (January 20, 2016  11:00 a.m.):

Baltimore County Police Burglary detectives have charged a suspect in connection with multiple burglaries in the Perry Hall area.
 
Maurice Quan Evans (20) of the Unit block of Fox Briar Lane 21236 is charged in connection with the following burglaries and attempted burglaries:
 
November 18 at noon to December 6 at 12:15 p.m., 3700 block of Proctor Lane 21236
Several times between noon on November 18 and 12:15 p.m. on December 6, the suspect entered a home and took money. The point of entry was believed to be a window that had been left unlocked.
 
December 18 between 7:30 a.m. and 2:40 p.m.: Unit block of Hoban Court 21236
Suspect gained entry to a home by prying open the front door and took money and jewelry.
 
December 23 between 8:20 and 10:20 a.m.: 3800 block of Pinedale Drive 21236
Suspect gained entry to a home by kicking in the front door and took jewelry.
 
January 12 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.: Unit block of Hoban Court 21236
Suspect gained entry to a home by prying a rear sliding door and took electronics and jewelry.
 
Evans is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on a total of $50,000 in bail.
 
Baltimore County Police Burglary detectives are continuing their investigation and will be working to determine if Evans was involved in other incidents.
