Baltimore County Police have released a photograph of William Jamal Wright. It is a booking photograph from a 2011 arrest.

Original release (September 22  6:34 p.m.):

Baltimore County Police have made arrests in two recent robberies in the White Marsh/Precinct 9 area and are looking for an additional suspect.

August 21: Robbery – 8500 Block of Pulaski Highway 21237

On August 21 at 12:47 p.m., Baltimore County Police responded to a trailer in the 8500 block of Pulaski Highway 21237 for a report of a suspicious person with a weapon.

The adult female victim told police that sometime between noon and 12:10 p.m., a male came to her trailer looking for her boyfriend. She did not know the male but she let him into her trailer. While inside the trailer, the male put his hand in a pocket implied that he had a weapon. The male took Percocet tablets and jewelry before fleeing the location.

Police have charged the following persons via arrest warrants in connection with this case:

  • William Jamal Wright (34) of the 200 block of Center Deen Avenue 21001 is charged with armed robbery and theft. Wright has not been served with the warrant yet.
  • Jamie Lynn Delair (25) of the 8500 block of Pulaski Highway 21237 is charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery. She was arrested on the warrant on September 15 and later released from Baltimore County custody on $25,000 bail.

August 22: Robbery – 5400 Block of King Arthur Circle 21237

On August 22 at 9:03 a.m., Baltimore County Police responded to a home in the 5400 block of King Arthur Circle 21237 for a report of a robbery.

The adult female victim told police that sometime between 8:39 and 8:32 a.m., a male and female came to her home looking for a female that did not live there and she let them in. She had them sit on the couch while she went upstairs. When she returned, the male had a knife and told her to give him all her medications. The male and female took Xanax pills, money, and a jewelry before leaving the location. The victim was not injured as a result of the incident.

Police have charged the following persons via arrest warrants in connection with this case:

  • William Jamal Wright (34) of the 200 block of Center Deen Avenue 21001 is charged with armed robbery, first-degree assault, and theft. Wright has not been served with the warrant yet.
  • Rochelle Lynn Fabrizio (35) of the 600 block of Dorsey Avenue 21221 is charged with armed robbery, theft, first-degree assault, and conspiracy to commit armed robbery. She was arrested on the warrant but later released on $25,000 bail.

Police need information on outstanding suspect

These incidents remain under investigation by the White Marsh/Precinct 9 Investigative Services Team.

A Friday afternoon crash in Halethorpe has left a man deceased.

The initial investigation into this incident has indicated that at approximately 3:44 p.m., a 2006 Freightliner cargo truck had been traveling north-bound in the 5000 block of Washington Boulevard 21227. Traveling north-bound behind the cargo truck was a 2012 Honda motorcycle. The motorcycle ran into the back of the cargo truck after both vehicles changed lanes.

The operator of the motorcycle, 26-year-old Patrick Edward Smith of the 1700 block of Winans Avenue 21227, was transported to the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center where he was later declared deceased.

The crash remains under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Crash Team.
