Sometime between 3 p.m. on January 16 and 6:11 p.m. on January 17, an unknown suspect(s) entered the victim's apartment by using the key fob and stole jewelry.

Sometime between 5 and 6:42 p.m., the victim and the suspect got into a verbal argument that became physical when the suspect attempted to stab the victim with a knife. The victim assaulted the suspect until the suspect dropped the knife and was then forced out of the house.

At 8:15 p.m., a suspect entered the Gulf gas station, displayed a handgun and demanded money. After receiving the money, the suspect fled the location but was apprehended a short distance away by responding patrol officers.

At 12:18 a.m., an unknown suspect unsuccessfully attempted to break into the VMart by hitting the front glass door. The suspect did make entry through the rear door and stole cash from the location.

At 5 a.m., an unknown suspect(s) used an unknown object to smash the door glass to gain access to the office area of the Artist Music Education Center. Once inside, the suspect(s) removed the cash drawer containing cash. Nothing else was taken or disturbed.
Sometime between 12:30 p.m. on December 12 and noon on December 13, an unknown suspect entered the victim's residence and damaged property. Nothing was taken.
At 12:58 p.m., the juvenile victim and juvenile suspect were involved in a physical altercation. The suspect was apprehended.
