At 11:29 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the 7-Eleven store and robbed the store at gunpoint. The suspect stole cash, cigarettes and cigarillos.
At 1:40 a.m., after a burglar alarm sounded, the police saw a suspect running from the front of the Resco Electronics and entering a vehicle. After a brief vehicle pursuit and foot chase, two suspects were taken into custody. No items were reported stolen.
At 7:45 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the 7-Eleven, and implying a weapon, demanded the money from the cash register. The suspect then fled.
Sometime between 5:30 p.m. on September 18 and 8 a.m. on September 19, an unknown suspect(s) stole a golf cart with tools from the Putty Hill Body Shop lot causing damage to the fence. The golf cart was later recovered.
Sometime between noon on September 14 and 6 p.m. on September 26, an unknown suspect(s) broke into the victim's shed and stole a generator.
At 11:00 a.m., two suspects met with the victim at the IKEA parking lot to buy clothing items. During the exchange, one of the suspects produced a handgun at which time the other suspect grabbed the clothing items, the victim's cell phone and the victim's keys from the vehicle. The suspects then fled in a vehicle.
Sometime between 3 p.m. on August 23 and 6:15 a.m. on August 24, an unknown suspect(s) entered the construction site through a side door. Once inside, the unknown suspect(s) removed several pieces of construction equipment and fled.
