At 10:00 p.m., a known suspect assaulted the victim and forcefully removed vehicle keys from them. The suspect then stole and fled the location in the victim's vehicle and was later arrested after a brief pursuit which lead to a single vehicle collision with no serious injuries.

At 11:59 p.m., an unknown suspect gained entry into the location through an open window. No items were taken during the incident.

At 7:35 p.m., a known suspect entered into the property located on the 1600 block of Nicodemus Road after business hours. The suspect entered into several sheds on the property and stole items. The suspect was identified, charged, and arrested. All stolen property was recovered.

Between 2 p.m. August 11 and 6:45 a.m. August 12, an unknown suspect attempted to make entry into the victim's residence. No entry was made but there was damage to the door frame.

At 4:00 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the unsecured gated backyard of the location. The suspect the went to the unsecured shed of the location and stole a bicycle.

At approximately 10:18 p.m., four unknown suspects approached the victim, working as a pizza delivery person, with a weapon. The suspects demanded the victim give them the food. The suspect then took the food and the victim's cash before leaving the scene. 

Sometime overnight, unknown suspect(s) pried the lock off a detached shed door and removed four dirt bikes.
