At 4 p.m. the victim's uncle chased the victim and a child down an ally behind Bank Street toward Rolling Mill Road. The victim was driving in reverse in an attempt to flee the suspect while the front of the suspect's vehicle was colliding with the front of the victim's vehicle. The victim's vehicle crossed over Rolling Mill Road and collided with parked cars at Bob Bell Nissan. The suspect, identified as Juan Carlos Ortis-Hernandez (41) of the 8000 block of Bank Road, fled the scene and was later arrested and charged with 1st and 2nd degree assault.

Between 3 p.m. January 340 and 2:45 p.m. January 31, an unknown suspect used force on the rear door to gain access to the victim's residence. Once inside, the suspect stole a brown and white Pit Bull.

Sometime between 1 and 3 p.m., a suspect entered the home through an unlocked window and stole video games, game controllers, a game system, cell phone, and backpack.

Sometime between 3 and 6:43 p.m., two juvenile suspects were stopped by police since they matched the description in an earlier burglary in the unit block of Avalon Avenue, 21222. The suspects were in possession of numerous game consoles and confessed to that burglary. They were transported to the Dundalk Precinct when a call came in for a burglary in the unit block of Kavanagh Road. The items that the suspects had in possession matched what was stolen on Kavanagh Road. The suspects stole video games, game controllers, a watch, key and alcohol from the home on Kavanagh Road. The suspects were charged for both burglaries. An additional juvenile was arrested for being in possession of some of the stolen items at her home.

Around 3 p.m., a door to the home was kicked in, and a game system and television were stolen. Two juvenile suspects were stopped by police the next day since they matched the description in this burglary. The suspects were in possession of numerous game consoles and confessed to this burglary. They were transported to the Dundalk Precinct when a call came in for a burglary in the unit block of Kavanagh Road. The items that the suspects had in possession matched what was stolen on Kavanagh Road. The suspects stole video games, game controllers, a watch, key and alcohol from the home on Kavanagh Road. The suspects were charged for both burglaries. An additional juvenile was arrested for being in possession of some of the stolen items at her home.

Sometime between January 26 and February 2, unknown suspect(s) entered the shed and took a dirt bike.

Sometime between 8 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. on January 25, a suspect entered the enclosed porch of the home and damaged the door knob in an attempt to gain entry. Entry was not made.
