At 1:22 a.m., an unknown suspect entered the victim's property, then used a landscaping stone to smash the lock on the shed door. Upon entering, the suspect took a Yamaha motorcycle. When the victim chased after the suspect, he laid the motorcycle down and fled. The motorcycle was recovered.
Between 10 a.m. May 25 and 10 a.m. May 28, an unknown suspect made a hole in the drywall to gain access to the victim's office. Upon entry the suspect stole a mini fridge.

Between 11 p.m. May 19 and 7:30 a.m. May 20, unknown suspects entered the victim's shed and stole many items, including an ATV. The suspects also stole items from a vehicle on the property. The ATV was recovered later.

Between 9 a.m. May 13 and 9:50 a.m. May 14, an unknown suspect gained entry into the victims' storage unit and stole various items.
Between 6 p.m. May 11 and 7:30 a.m. May 13, an unknown suspect entered the victim's shed and stole two bicycles.
 Between 3:45 p.m. May 11 and 12:35 p.m. May 15, unknown suspects broke into the victim's storage unit and stole a dirt bike.
Between 7 a.m. May 7 and 8:20 p.m. May 13, an unknown suspect stole a catalytic converter from the victim's vehicle parked on the property. The suspect also stole several items that were inside the victim's locked garage.
